Is it possible to improve the identification of young adults with a brain injuries or neurological disabilities who enter custody, and raise awareness of the affect of their condition and levels of care? This report recognises that assessing and managing unmet health needs can inform support plans, help to address offending behaviour and provide opportunities to help young adults engage with health and educational services.
