How can we address concerns of employers when it comes to employing young adults with unspent criminal convictions? This scoping exercise explores employer perceptions and recommends sharing risks with voluntary organisation partners and providing guidance to employers to manage risks as well as channels though which they can share and publicise examples of good practice.
