Supporting Transitions: A summative evaluation of the Transition to Adulthood Pilots

Can agencies working together reduce the rate of offending among young adults? This research shows that young adults taking part in pilots providing multi-agency support had a reconnection rate of nine per cent compared to a national re-offending rate of between 46 and 58 per cent. Outcomes also showed participants were more likely to find employment.
