Found in Transition? Local Inter-Agency Systems for Guiding Young Adults into Better Lives

What do pilot studies into engaging with young adults to take up services tell us about how young people can avoid involvement in offending? In a sample of 29 case studies, this report tells us that there are improvements associated with reduced reoffending, with participants attributing these to the support and referrals provided by pilot programmes.
