Based on 90 in-depth conversations via focus groups, surveys, and interviews, this report gives insight into their experiences of policing and arrest, courts and sentencing, youth offending and probation services and custody. It identifies priority issues, develops consultation tools, and reports on a presentation of findings to the Ministry of Justice.
